Alliance members are properties across the globe with a proven track record of being an exceptional, inspiring place to stay. From boutique luxury beach resorts to floating homes to glamping, any space that creates lasting memories and inspires travelers can apply for membership.
We promote your property as a Journey Alliance member to the growing alliance database of high-quality and frequent travelers enrolled in the Journey Rewards Program. When a guest stays at your property, they can earn points which can be used for future stays called Journey Points. Members have controls on issuing points that allow them to drive desired behavior changes within their target metrics.
When a user redeems those points, Journey pays members their best available rate for those nights. Members can also redeem points with our growing list of transfer partners, such as local restaurants, airlines, and car services.
You can offer points to guests for staying at your property, points for food & beverage purchases, points for add-ons, bonus points for weekday stays or longer stays, points for repeat guests, and more.
