At Journey Rewards, we believe in creating a seamless and rewarding journey for travelers and property operators alike. Our upcoming platform will empower you to:

1. Encourage Direct Bookings: Reward guests who book directly through your channels to reduce dependency on third-party booking sites and increase your nightly rates by competing against OTAs with loyalty incentives instead of lower prices.
2. Boost Revenue with Add-Ons: Promote value-added services and experiences to enhance guest stays and drive adoption through the use of loyalty points.
3. Maximize Occupancy: Drive higher occupancy rates during off-peak periods with targeted incentives‍
4. Build Your Brands: Gain access to an affluent clientele, particularly those looking for boutique and unique experiences. Journey shares more than just guest information with our members but provides full audience data at your fingertips to build your brand and relationship with guests over time.

Your Role as a Founding Member

By joining the Journey Alliance, you become a key partner in shaping the future of travel loyalty programs. As a founding member, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Influence Platform Features: Provide input and feedback to tailor our platform to meet your unique needs.
2. Cultivate Guest Loyalty: Strengthen relationships with guests, encouraging repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
3. Access Exclusive Benefits: Enjoy early access to our platform's features and promotional opportunities.
4. ​Collaborate with Like-Minded Operators: Network with other boutique hotels and rental operators to share insights and strategies.

Expectations of All Journey Alliance Members

All alliance members agree to certain aspects of the program that power the adoption & usage of the platform that is critical to it's growth and impact on your business. As a startup, these aspects may likely change or evolve in the future but include:

1. Issue Points to Guests: Journey Rewards will issue points to guests based on dollars spent at Alliance member properties. If a guest claims those points, Journey will charge the Alliance member a nominal fee per point issued.
2. Tools for Driving Behavior Change: Journey will provide tools to Alliance members to set these point amounts for various desired behaviors (direct bookings, longer stays, off-season bookings, add-ons, etc.).
3. Reward Redemptions: Alliance member properties will be paid full nightly rates (the best available rate) for any reward redemption from Journey Reward members (this is paid by Journey directly to members).
4. Participate in Additional Revenue Building Promotions: Alliance member properties will be given the opportunity to participate in Journey Rewards tiered programs and co-branded credit card programs with opportunities to earn additional revenues.
5. Property Management System Access: Alliance member properties agree to provide access to their PMS to facilitate the Reward issuance program and reconciliation. Journey tech teams will make this process simple and share any details during onboarding.
